I've been carb cycling and intermittent fasting for years now. I enjoy it! Plus, it truly has given me the best results and helped me to feel my best when doing it! I also like how it helps me have control over my health in a really neat way. Over the years, I've researched, read and participated in several programs to figure out what works best for me. In this program, I teach you all that I know! I share my success when it comes to both carb cycling and intermittent fasting. I share how I implement it into my lifestyle as an active Wife, business owner, and Mom of 2 kiddos! Each participant receives my Carb Cycling & Intermittent Fasting Nutrition Guide (pdf) that serves as the guidance for this program. I believe in healthy boundaries with food and exercise, but I am not an advocate of an extreme "all or nothing" mentality. I believe it leads to unhealthy food and exercise obsessions that are not biblical. Because of that, and based on my own experience, this program will be flexible. I teach you all you need to know, with the ability to make it fit YOUR personality, goals, mindset, and lifestyle. I want to help you truly gain control of your health in a really powerful way!

My Carb Cycling journey began when my second child, my daughter Allie (now 4), was 6 months old. As a health nut, and fitness business owner, I wanted to see what all the buzz was about. At that time, carb cycling had just "came on the scene". I loved the way I felt when carb cycling and started seeing results like I hadn't before - even while breastfeeding my daughter. About a year and a half ago, I started intermittent fasting. I call it "adaptable" intermittent fasting because I adapt it to me. (I'll teach you how to adapt it to you!) IF (intermittent fasting) has taught me a lot about food, macros, and about my body. Now, 3+ years after living these lifestyles, both of these are now just my normal way of doing life.
