I've recently heard it said that August is looked at, to many people, as the beginning of a new year. Now that I have school aged kids, I totally see this outlook. Summer is over and things are picking back up into our "normal" routine. We typically let ourselves have a little slack in our health & fitness during the Summer months, but come mid to late August and early September, we're ready to get serious about our goals again. We need a new plan and a new focus.
