My Healthy Holidays Challenge starts November 14 and lasts through December 31. The point of this group IS NOT to restrict you from the things you love about the Holidays. I want you to enjoy the yummy food, have fun at the parties, make cookies for Santa....but I want you to do it with accountability. That's the key. Having the group's accountability and encouragement will keep you focused and help you make the best decisions during all the hustle and bustle. I promise you I'm not about skipping pumpkin pie or sweet potato casserole (that's my fave)! Instead, I'm about helping you stay focused and choosing the best choices for you.
Hear me say that again: this group is NOT to add more to your to-do list this time of year and make you feel guilty about your choices. It's simply to give you a place for motivation, accountability and encouragement.

I've got SIMPLE Elf on the Shelf tips for you (that I implement myself). I've got healthy recipes. I've got workouts for you for traveling (that require no equipment).
