Beginner to Intermediate: Back to BASICs Program
Intermediate or above: Back to BASICs Program or TONE Your Body Program
What if I'm a candidate for both programs?
I suggest starting with the Back to BASICs Program. The reason is to start out simple and work your way up. It's less overwhelming that way and you're more inclined to stick with it, meet your goals, and make it all stick once and for all. I created the TONE Your Body Program to be the perfect next step after the Back to BASICs Program. They run perfectly that way.
What is your health goal?
Lose weight: Back to BASICs Program or TONE Your Body Program. You'll lose weight with both programs. I suggest starting with the Back to BASICs Program first and continue with the TONE Your Body Program. Lose weight with the Back to BASICs program and then start toning up and shaping your body with the TONE Your Body Program.
Learn how to Meal Plan and/or Eat Smart: Back to BASICs Program. We focus our whole first week on Food, including tons of tips for meal planning. It's a great way to learn the ins and outs!
Learn how to make time to exercise: Back to BASICs Program. It's a simple program focused on making small changes so you aren't overwhelmed and actually stick to your goals. I spend time sharing my tips and tricks for sticking to your workouts!
Tone Up and/or learn how to use weights for your body: TONE Your Body Program. I created the 4 week workout plan specifically to help you torch calories while also toning up. The workout program is a mix of what I've found to work best: cardio and weights. The program is weights focused with some cardio thrown in to help you most effectively tone up.
Receive Accountability: Back to BASICs Program or TONE Your Body Program. Both offer the accountability you need in your workouts, devotions and food. I suggest beginning with the Back to BASICs Program because it's a great starting point to get in a good groove before moving on to the TONE Your Body Program.
Focus on Jesus, in your health: Both programs have daily devotions written by me, specifically for each program. Go with your health and fitness goals/needs first and just rest assured that either group is heavily focused on Jesus!
What kind of workouts do you want?
Cardio: The Back to BASICs Program has 2 workout plans to choose from, the Cardio Burnout program (100% cardio, no weights) or the Full Body Weights & Cardio Mix Plan (cardio and weights mix, beginner to intermediate level). The TONE Your Body Program has 1 workout plan: Full Body Weights Plan (weights focused with HIIT and Cardio workouts thrown in, each week)
Weights: The Full Body Weights & Cardio Mix (Back to BASICs Program) has weights for beginner to intermediate level. The TONE Your Body Full Body Weights Plan is weights driven with HIIT and Cardio workouts thrown in, for intermediate and above level of fitness.
What kind of workout routine have you been in, the last several months?
If you've taken some time off, recently had a baby, or just gotten out of a workout routine, the Back to BASICs Program is perfect for you. It's a great way to get back to it, without it overwhelming you. If you've been exercising regularly, either program is fine for you. The Back to BASICs Program is a great jumpstart to help you workout while also focusing on your meal planning and small changes -- all to help healthy living stick once and for all. The TONE Your Body Program is also a great jumpstart if you need something different, but remember, it's created for ladies in the intermediate and above fitness level. I created it with the mindset that ladies in that program already have a good handle on meal prep/planning, working out, and are ready to go to the next level.
