They're cheap and attainable for everybody and each only 2 weeks long. They are "stand alone" plans. This means they were created by me to stand alone from my programs or challenges, and simply can be used as needed, at any time. These workout plans are sent via PDF and each plan comes with video demonstrations to ensure correct execution of each move.
- At Home Workout $10 (10 day plan) :Suitable for your living room. Light & Heavy hand weights are required. Cardio + weights.
- Weight Workout $10 (10 day plan) : Great for home or gym. Light & Heavy hand weights are required. Weights only.
- Booty Workout $5 (10 day plan) :Strengthen and tone your booty. No equipment required, but a resistance band or loop band are recommended.
- Core Workout $5 (10 day plan) : More than just your abs. We target your back, front and side. Improve posture and strengthen muscles. No equipment needed.
