How big is baby? 5.5 inches long. Size of a sweet potato. Almost 7 ounces.
How is baby developing this week? If it's a girl, the fallopian tubes and uterus are formed and in place.
How I'm changing:
What I'm eating: The usual - oatmeal for breakfast (I made some muffins this week I ate on too), sandwiches and salads for lunch, tons of clementines (I'm obsessed) and apples.
What I'm NOT eating: BBQ and really strong onion flavored things.
How I'm feeling: I tried to take 1 Diclegis pill at night a couple days to see if I needed the 2 pills I'd been taken for my nausea and yes, I do. I felt really yucky those days when I did that. Grr!!
How my workouts are: I got in my 3 days! Woop Woop! I got in Body Pump class (it was my first time back in weeks...I felt so weak, ha) plus I got in 2 days of cardio and bootcamp style workouts. I walked 10 minutes fast on the treadmill to warm up and did a 20 minute pregnancy friendly Crossfit style WOD. It felt so good to be back at it!
Thoughts this week: I've been consumed with baby names. I go to sleep thinking about them and I wake up thinking about them. I really wanted to have the names decided so we could announce it and the gender at the same time. I'm not sure that'll happen this go round. We're having a harder time deciding!!
Highlights this week: You know, nothing earth shattering happened this week. My biggest highlights were probably getting back to an exercise routine and Halloween. Landon loved wearing his Elmo outfit and getting candy.
Bump details: Seriously, I can't get over how big it is!
Facts this week:
- I bought a new (cheaper) cocoa butter lotion and it smells like coconuts....heavenly.
- One week from today, we find out what we're having!!!!!
