How big is baby? 8.5 ounces, 6 inches long - size of a Mango.
How is baby developing this week? Sensory development
How I'm changing: I'm at peace about whether it's a boy OR girl. Truly. It's something I have prayed about from the beginning, so it's a huge answer to prayer. I do still think I'll have a "woah, holy smokes" moment if it's a girl.....simply because it's different from what we know. BUT, I'm at peace with it being a girl, if it is.
What I'm eating: The usual - oatmeal for breakfast, sandwiches and salads for lunch, tons of clementines (I'm obsessed) and apples. Also, I have to admit (and document) that for the first time in YEARS (seriously I don't know how many years it's been) I had those pillsbury canned cinnamon rolls. I passed by them in the store and it was like pregnancy craving said "YOU HAVE TO HAVE THOSE". So for the first time in years. I made them and ate on them for several days.
What I'm NOT eating: BBQ and really strong onion flavored things.
How I'm feeling: It's nice having some energy back, but I'm still napping almost daily as well as hitting a wall in the early afternoon. Landon's been napping and sleeping longer, so that helps too. I got up this week at 6:30, before Landon, to do my quiet time and it felt so good to be back to my normal morning schedule. I had let that go when I was feeling so sick and so tired in the mornings. Happy to have it back!
How my workouts are: I got in my 3 days: Body Pump and 2 days of cardio and bootcamp style workouts. I walked 10-15 minutes fast on the treadmill to warm up and did a 20 minute pregnancy friendly Crossfit style WOD.
Thoughts this week: We find out on Wednesday (Nov 11) what we're having and I CAN NOT WAIT! It's so close!!! Plus, I can't wait to get to see the little nugget on the screen and make sure all is healthy and developing on track.
Highlights this week: We're good with our girl name (still deciding on middle name), and a bit closer for the boy name.....still not sure it'll be decided by Wednesday though.
Bump details: It's making it hard to eat a lot of food get once - I get full quick. My lower back is hurting quite a bit too.
Facts this week: - A friend gave me a box of winter maternity clothes to borrow. Such a blessing! - I bought a comfy gown for the hospital. Since I'll have another c-section, I'm more prepared about what to wear in the hospital and pants were uncomfortable so a gown was a must. :)
