How big is Allie? 5 pounds and about 20 inches long.
How is Allie developing this week? Fingernails and toenails have probably reached the tips of her fingers and toes by now. The vernix coating on her skin thickens this week.
How I'm changing: I'm not sure if Allie is head down (I still feel like she changes positions all day) but I've had more pressure on my bladder. Plus, I've had several people tell me I look like I've dropped.
What I'm eating: The usual - oatmeal for breakfast with English muffin. Lunch is a mix of leftover soups, sandwiches and salads. Snacks are apples, oranges, nuts, yogurt, and cereal. Supper has been the same - just nothing really heavy or spicy.
What I'm NOT eating: big portions at meal time and nothing really heavy or spicy.
How I'm feeling: This week was TOUGH. We had lots of celebrations for Landon's 3rd birthday and it was a lot on this preggo Momma. Plus, Landon was really disobedient this week and just pushed our buttons BIG TIME. I cried a LOT this week and just felt really exhausted and overwhelmed.
How my workouts are: I got in 2 days. One 15 minute walk on the treadmill followed by 15 minutes of body weight exercises. Another 20 minute walk on treadmill followed by 10 minutes of body weight exercises.
Highlights this week: Landon turned 3! Insane. Also, I had my 34 week dr apt and hearing her heartbeat just never gets old!
Bump details: Like I mentioned, I've been told (and I think I agree) I have dropped. Things are just big and heavy. :) Also her movements are so crazy! I can tell it's more baby than amniotic fluid in there now because I can clearly feel body parts when she moves. Amazing. I didn't really feel that with Landon. I think she rolls and wiggles more than Landon. He just jabbed and punched mostly.
Facts this week:
- At my 34 week apt, I gained 2 more lbs. I'm up 22 lbs total.
- My belly measured "right on track" at my apt.
- Allie's heart rate was 135-140 range
- I installed her car seat in my car. REALLY crazy to have two in there now. Wow. I'm going to have TWO kids!
