In my Back to BASICs Program, I keep it simple for you, and focus on the BASIC needs.

A - Accountability : Daily food & workout check-ins to help motivate and keep you on track
S - Sweat : Weekly workouts you can do at home or the gym, weights or no weights
I - Ingredients : Being mindful of the food you buy, cook with, and eat
C - Changes : Making small changes to make it a lifestyle so you'll stick to it this time
My Back to BASICs Program is my Level 1 Program. I designed it to be simple enough that you not only meet your health goals, but you end the 30 days with the ability to make true changes in your healthy lifestyle journey. I don't bombard you with a million tips and tricks and recipes that you're so overwhelmed and give up after the excitement wears off. I keep it simple and give you those BASIC needs to make it work for you. Numerous ladies have completed this program and seen HUGE wins in just 4 weeks!

Group 2: TONE Your Body 4 week Program
The TONE Your Body program is my newest Program created for those ladies who are looking to slim down and tone up, by focusing on weights! It's perfect for those ladies who are on the intermediate to advanced level in your health and fitness, ready to take it up a notch and focus on toning your body. This program is also perfect for anybody who has completed my Back to BASICs program and is ready for the next level! The focus of this program is simple: TONE UP.
We'll focus on 4 key elements to TONE your body and see change in just 4 weeks:
T - Toning: weekly workouts targeted to shape and tone your body, without bulking up
O - Obedience: daily devotions to help you obey God's purpose for you, keeping Him the center
