The Full Body Workout is one I created and completed while on a cruise a couple weeks ago. The ship had a fitness center but the space and equipment was limited, so I needed something I could accomplish that was still a good workout! If you don't have a kettlebell, (I didn't have one on the ship) no worries - just hold a dumbell vertical and use it instead. I recommend 8-10 lbs. Complete each exercise in the list before moving to the next one. Then, complete the entire list 4 times through.
For the Cardio Workout, if you don't have a jump rope simply jump in place. Trust me - you'll still get your heart rate up! No box to jump on? Use a step or a bench. I recommend the "box" be higher than knee height. Complete each exercise in the list before moving to the next one. Then, complete the entire list 3 times through.
