1) Workout each day - I'll be sending you daily workouts
2) Aim to drink 9 cups of water a day - I'll send you tips for getting them in!
3) Post a picture or status each day recapping your water consumption and workout. (tag @shape_her and use hashtag #shapeherwaterchallenge)
You'll get a daily email from me for 7 days that will include tips on getting your water in, encouragement, a free recipe, a daily workout, and quick devotion.
The challenger who posts the most updates and water consumption will receive a free water bottle with fruit infuser that keeps fruit in place and seeds out of the way! I have one and it's awesome!
