It's a GREAT resource to help you learn all you need to know, to make 2015 your healthiest year yet. Let it be the year you make healthy eating and exercise a lifestyle change!
Rick wrote this book with several doctors, too. The book is full of scripture about living healthy and properly taking care of our bodies. PLUS lots and lots of information on nutrition and food science! I don't know about you, but knowing that kind of info - the why - about certain foods, really helps it "stick" with me.
This group happens online in a private Facebook group. It's open to all women - married, single, moms, or not - anywhere, regardless of location.
Aside from all The Daniel Plan content, this group also includes:
