Healthy Smash Cake
5 ripe bananas
3/4 cup no sugar added applesauce
1 tsp baking soda
1.5 cup flour
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla
Mash bananas and combine with applesauce and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl and fold in. Bake in 2 greased 6" round pans at 400 for 20 min.
