Here are some of my favorite healthy snack options:
> Nuts! This handy image from nuts.com is a helpful tool to decide what kind of healthy alternatives you can go for when you're craving certain things. Some of my favorite nut combos are - almonds with cheese, peanuts with raisins, and mixed nuts. I always add sliced almonds to my oatmeal and chopped nuts are a great yogurt topping! Nuts are high in protein and fat so they keep you full!
> Greek Yogurt. I'm not loyal to any one brand really....whatever is on sale really. I like adding a little honey to the plain flavor and adding fruit or granola (or both!) Make sure you read labels.....LOTS of flavored yogurts out there have TONS of added sugar!!
> Veggies with hummus. Landon and I both LOVE hummus. I like it with carrots, broccoli, celery, peppers, or even pretzels.
> Fruit and Peanut Butter. We all know apples and PB are a great combo! I also love bananas with PB too. These aren't fruit, but celery and carrots are a favorite of mine too.
