Todays, let's chat about Hurdle 3: "I don't have any equipment!"
The thing is, you don't have to have a gym full of equipment and machines to get in a good workout. Today, let me share 4 programs we offer that require little to no equipment.
1) PiYo: This program requires absolutely zero equipment. This is a pilates/yoga mix program so it incorporates strengthening, balance and endurance by using only your body weight. A couple workouts utilize sliders, but I use paper plates from my pantry for those instead. :) #improvise
2) Beachbody on Demand: Remember, this is our Netflix for workouts that you can use via any internet streaming device. There's 100+ workouts available on Beachbody on Demand including a variety of them that require no equipment. When you click on a program/workout, there's a section that details which, if any, equipment is needed for the workout. It makes it easy to decide which one to do, if you only have limited equipment available!
3) Dance Workouts - Country Heat & Cize: These two workouts are dance programs, so no equipment but you is needed. Country Heat is a country dance program and Cize is a hip hop dance program. Both are lots of fun, fast paced, and will have you sweating while dancing and having a lot of fun!
4) Focus T25: This program is popular because each workout is 25 minutes and the only equipment that's needed is a resistance band that comes with the program. Super easy. This program is a great one when you're needing a great, fast, effective workout in little time - with no equipment!!
So there you have it - 4 different workouts I can get you hooked up with that require little to no equipment! Nothing holding you back now! It is possible to meet your health goals for the New Year while spending little time on your workout, little money, and little equipment. Yes please!
