This may be nerdy, but I looked up the definition of "kickstart" and it's a motorcycle term that means "to start an engine with the downward thrust of a pedal". My plan for my 4 Week Kickstart January Challenge is to help you with the engine starting in your own health and fitness. Cheesy? Maybe.
But listen, this is real life! Many of you have health goals you want to meet, but you lack something to meet that. I'm designing this January Challenge to help you with what you need: meal planning, accountability, healthy recipes, tips, and more!
