Here are 2 reasons I recommend women adding protein powder to their day:
1) Protein helps build muscle
No, it's not going to make you "bulky" like a guy. Remember what I always say: you have to do INTENSE interventions via hormones and supplements and crazy workouts to even get close to looking "bulky". We just don't have the make up or hormones needed to "bulk up" like a guy.

Protein takes longer to digest than other macronutrients (like carbohydrates and fats). That means you'll feel fuller longer. You'll be less likely to snack in between meals. You'll be more inclined to avoid the unhealthy snack choices that tempt you through out your day.
Adding protein to your meals and snacks is a wise choice to help you stay full between your meals. I personally use a protein shake as a snack for after my workout, or in the afternoon. Sometimes a girl gets sick of eating all the protein and grabbing a shake is easier! I like the chocolate brownie flavor because it satisfies by sweet craving while also serving as a wise snack choice.
