Breakfast Cookies
1 banana
1/3 cup oats
1 T nut butter
sprinkle of cinnamon
handful raisins/choc chips/nuts/dried fruit (your choice)
Mash the banana in a bowl. Stir in the oats. Add the nut butter and mix well. Throw in a sprinkle of cinnamon and your favorite add-in and stir. Drop spoonfulls on wax paper/aluminum foil lined plate. Please in freezer for at least 2 hours. When you're ready to eat them, I suggest letting them sit at room temp for a minute or two to thaw out some. (You'll break your tooth if not! Ha.) These will get mushy if left out too long, or even in the fridge, so I like to eat them up within the first day. Between me, my kids and hubby, they are gone as soon a we pull them out of the freezer.
