I've shared this recipe before, but I love it so much that I'm sharing it again. These are one of my favorites, hands down.
I'm doing a Carb Cycling program currently and made a batch of these, this weekend, to eat on this week for healthy snacks. They're SO stinkin' good. They're also super easy to make. You probably already have all the ingredients in your pantry too!
No Bake Energy Bites
(makes 18-20 bites)
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup nut butter
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and let sit in fridge for 30 minutes.
Roll into bite size balls and store in airtight container.
