Recipe: Christmas Oreo Bark

As I've shared before, I make Christmas goody bags for ladies in Ben's office and for our neighbors.  We hand delivered them this year and it was a fun thing to do with Landon.

This year, I saw Shay Shull post this recipe on her blog (mixandmatchmama.com) and loved how festive it looked.  It was super easy to make (no oven!!) and Landon loved helping out!

Christmas Oreo Bark
1 package white candy coating (I used white almond bark because it's what I had on hand)
1/4 cup chopped pretzels
10 Christmas Oreos (brokedn into pieces)
2-3 T of crushed peppermint
Christmas M&Ms

Melt white candy coating in microwave in 45 second increments.  Stir each 45 seconds, until melted.  Pour melted candy coating onto a cookie sheet, lined with wax paper.  Spread out evenly.  Sprinkle remaining ingredients on top and press down so it "sticks".  (I used the back of a spatula)  Place in fridge for at least 1 hour.  Once hardened, break into pieces with hands. 

You can add or omit whatever you wish, to make these your own!
