One of my closest friends has always done a Running Streak from Thanksgiving-NY day. No matter what, she ran 1 mile a day. She's recently suffered a knee injury, so running is off the table for her. She's started walking more and was missing the run streak. We were talking about doing it as a walk streak instead. She inspired me to adapt it for myself and share with you all too!

You move however you want and whatever fits your body and schedule best. You'll be more inclined to stick with it, that way.
MY PLAN: to walk 10-15 minutes outside each day. This is in addition to my planned weekly workouts. I know this will help my mood during these dreary winter months, too. Plus, I'll be taking our dog, Lucy, with me because she desperately needs the energy release. #puppymom If it's too rainy or too cold for me, I'll do something else inside. I'm shooting for outdoor, sunshine & walking!!!
