This At Home Workout is a 2 Week (10 day) workout plan, suitable for your living room - or wherever you workout at home! This plan includes a mix of cardio and strength training to give you a great balance. Heavy hand weights (10+lbs) and light hand weights (5-8lbs) are required for this plan. This workout plan is $15 and comes to you, via email, in PDF form. You'll also receive links to my video demonstrations to ensure you complete each move correctly!

It's a 4 week plan, increasing in intensity as the plan progresses. This workout plan is $25 and comes to you, via email, in PDF form. You'll also receive links to my video demonstrations to ensure you complete each move correctly. Plus, you'll receive a bonus video to help check and see if you have Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation from pregnancy).

The goal of this workout plan is to keep you moving and active - nothing crazy or intense. Additionally, I've filmed 2 bonus videos to accompany this package. One explaining the workout plan and what I suggest avoiding in exercise. Then the other is my go-to tips for having a healthy & active pregnancy.
